    Turkish Marble Colors

Marble colors are broad, ranging from white, gray, green, or red to anthracite and black. Marble offers you a wide range of colors for all-natural building materials. You will find marble, limestone, and onyx in all colors that nature provides.

    Marble formats

Marble can be offered in all formats; any desired configuration can be produced. But there are many beautiful standard formats such as 60 x 30cm, 60 x 40cm, 40 x 40cm, or XXL formats 61 x 61cm. These have proven themselves as tile formats and have been offered in series production at economical prices for years.

    Marble is a Metamorphic Rock

From a geological point of view, marble is a transformation rock, mostly made from limestone and other carbonate-containing rocks.
Marble is created under the influence of high pressure and high temperature due to tectonic subsidence (regional metamorphosis) or rock melting with rising magma bodies (contact metamorphosis).

Marble can be recognized by its crystalline structure; the more profound the place of origin, the larger the crystals. A typical marble is usually white with a gray, sometimes with a slightly reddish or yellow vein. Everything we think we know as colorful marble types are mainly geological limestone or onyx. Every marble is a natural stone, but not every natural stone is a marble. From a geological point of view, marble is a transformation rock, mostly made from limestone and other carbonate-containing rocks.

Marble properties; Hardness, density and components

Due to its simplicity, marble is mainly used indoors as a floor, window sills, or stairs. A typical feature of marble is its marbling. Veins or stripes can run through the stone. The marble grain goes from the thousandth of a millimeter to the centimeter range.

    Marble density and weight

Most types of marble are soft rocks. Through the “bulk density” (density), we also experience the specific weight of the respective stone. As a rule of thumb, to calculate the weight of marble, you can also use 30 kg per cm. Assume thickness per square meter. So you can easily and quickly determine the weight yourself.

    Marble components

Marble is a metamorphic rock that contains at least 50 percent volume of calcite, dolomite, or aragonite. Possible secondary batches can include pyrite, quartz, or mica.

    Marble Tiles

Marble tiles – natural and beautiful, universal and timeless
Marble tiles are manufactured in many standard formats in modern, fully automated production facilities.
With this inexpensive way of production, marble is enjoying increasing popularity.

    Marble Floors

Marble is a popular building material for indoor use.
Due to its elegant look, marble can be found in all house areas.
A marble floor can be used universally in the living room, bedroom, or bathroom. Because of its ability to store heat, a marble floor is particularly suitable for underfloor heating.

    Turkish Marble Slabs

Marble slabs as large-format, mirror-image cut wall slabs, bathroom slabs, window sills, or stairs all have one thing in common; they are made from large plates (so-called slabs or raw plates).

These plates (semi-finished products) are up to 300cm long and 200cm high, mostly 2, 3, or 4 cm thick in the construction industry. The sculptor and tomb sectors are thicker, 10, 15cm, etc.

Window sills, large wall panels, or floor panels are usually made from 2cm thick marble slabs. 3 or 4 cm wide panels are typically used for stairs or vanity tops. The surface of these marble slabs can be polished, matt polished, patinated, or sandblasted. In the case of cuts that require more than one marble slab, these should, if possible, be made from a raw block (marble cuboid).

    Marble Stairs

There are marble stairs in all colors, shapes, and price ranges for the way up. Depending on the client’s wishes, a marble staircase can be made in classic polished, matt-ground, or antique-patinated. Marble stairs can be made as covering stairs (steps and risers) or as cantilever stairs, where two 3 cm thick panels with a fabric in between are glued together.
The shape of the steps is also freely selectable. Whether straight, quarter-turn, or half-turn, everything is possible. These diverse design options make each marble staircase unique.

    Turkish Marble Windowsill

The marble windowsill is more than a shelf in front of the window. Marble window sills are mainly used indoors. They can be color-coordinated with the windows, furniture, or floor tiles, thus fitting into any ambiance.

The most common thicknesses for marble window sills are 2 or 3 cm. To obtain a larger storage area, the window sills can be made with a protrusion or, if desired, flush with the wall. The edges of the window sills can be made straight, in round bars or quarter bars. The corners can be cut at an angle or rounded.

    Marble Countertop

A marble worktop is the culmination of every kitchen and is more than just a place to cook. Marble kitchen tops can be used in various surface treatments, glossy polished, matt-ground, or antique patinated. We produce the desired cuts according to your dimensions, drawings, or templates for you. Processing such as boreholes, cutouts for sinks (mounted or built-in), cutouts for hobs(attached or flush), and various edge processing (straight, round, or quarter bar) is also no problem. A drainer with a slope can also be incorporated into the marble kitchen top.

    Polygonal marble slabs

Polygonal panels derive their charm from their irregularity; they do not fit into any fixed installation pattern.
Polygonal plates are irregular polygonal plates such as Triangular, square, pentagonal, etc.
Polygonal marble slabs are often used indoors. These are either already pre-glued to a net or are available loose.
Pre-glued marble polygonal slabs are usually 1 cm thick, about 10 cm large in size individually, glued to mats 30 x 30 cm, surface treatment mostly drummed antique. Loose polygonal slabs made of antique tumbled marble are usually delivered in bags of 1 sqm.
In addition, polygonal marble slabs are available in many different sizes, thicknesses, and surfaces, such as matt-ground or antique patinated.

    Bathroom made with Turkish Marble

With a marble bathroom, you are very trendy. Hardly any other natural stone conveys the feeling of being in your wellness oasis better than marble.
In addition to wall and floor tiles, large-format shower walls, vanities, shelves, and much more can also be made from marble slabs.
You can either cover them with tiles or install large-format panels with a corresponding slope with shower floors. It should be noted that the stone fulfills the slip resistance for the wet area.
In the case of tiles, the slip resistance can be achieved, among other things, by the higher proportion of joints in mosaic tiles or polygonal panels.

    Antique Marble

Whether you prefer modern or rustic furnishings, antique marble or travertine creates an extraordinary flair. Wall or floor tiles can be antiquely patinated, slightly roughened on the surface, with straight sawn edges or antique drums. Antique tumbled marble tiles are available in many different formats (e.g., 10 x 10cm, 20 x 20cm, or 30 x 30cm) and glued mosaic tiles on mesh or polygonal panels. Antique tumbled tiles and plates unfold their unique feel-good atmosphere, particularly in bathrooms. Since traces of use are desired with antique marble, the stone can be used without hesitation and installed in the kitchen.
